Tehran, Iran, May 12 – Iranian authorities have hanged five men including a teenager in the holy city of Qom, south of Tehran, state media reported on Monday.

The men were hanged in a prison on Sunday, the state-run daily 'Iran' wrote.

They were identified only as Hadi, 24; Hossein, 19; Javad, 24; Mehdi, 24; and Morteza, 21.

They were accused of rape and murder.
