The report quoted a local police official as saying the men, who were not named, were strung up before dusk on Monday in three different places in the city.
It said their deaths were greeted by “cheering crowds supporting the execution.”
The official said two accomplices were still at large.
Murder, armed robbery, rape, apostasy and serious drug trafficking are all punishable by death in Iran.
