Tehran, Iran, Nov. 22 – An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale shook parts of the port city of Bandar Lengeh on Thursday, state media reported.

The quake jolted suburbs of the city at 07:14 a.m. local time, the official news agency IRNA said.

Bandar Lengeh is situated in the southern province of Hormuzgan.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
