Tehran, Iran, Apr. 27 – The Secretary of Russia’s Security Council travelled to Tehran late on Sunday to hold talks with senior Iranian officials.

Valentin Sobolev will hold talks with Iran’s top nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili, the state-run news agency ISNA said.

The talks will focus on “security cooperation” and “regional and international developments”, it said.

Jalili was in Moscow in December 2007.
