Bagfas receives order of $24 mln for export to Iran

Reuters: Turkish fertiliser producer Bagfas (BAGFS.IS) said on Thursday it received orders worth $24 million for export to Iran.

ISTANBUL, March 19 (Reuters) – Turkish fertiliser producer Bagfas (BAGFS.IS) said on Thursday it received orders worth $24 million for export to Iran.

The order for 60,000 tonnes of DAP-type fertiliser is from Beirut-based Unifert, Bagfas said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange. Half of the order will be sent in May, and the rest in June, it said.

Bagfas shares climbed 4 percent at 65 lira at 0750 GMT. The main share index was up 1 percent.
