Iran Focus: Tehran, Iran, Jul. 15 – Some 150 people are believed to have died as a plane travelling from Tehran to Yerevan, capital of Armenia, crashed in north-western Iran on Wednesday.

Tehran, Iran, Jul. 15 – Some 150 people are believed to have died as a plane travelling from Tehran to Yerevan, capital of Armenia, crashed in north-western Iran on Wednesday.

The plane crashed near the city of Qazvin at 11.33 am local time, the official news agency IRNA said, adding that the incident occurred only 16 minutes after the plane had taken off.
