Iran road workers protest outside Transport Ministry

Iran Focus: Tehran, Iran, Jun. 28 – Workers from the state-run Road Development Organisation of Iran gathered outside newly developed headquarters of the Ministry of Transport in Tehran yesterday, protesting their work conditions. The protesters condemned their employers’ mismanagement and criticised the Ministry of Transport of failing to see to their concerns. Iran Focus

Tehran, Iran, Jun. 28 – Workers from the state-run Road Development Organisation of Iran gathered outside newly developed headquarters of the Ministry of Transport in Tehran yesterday, protesting their work conditions.

The protesters condemned their employers’ mismanagement and criticised the Ministry of Transport of failing to see to their concerns.

RDOI workers have on number of occasions protested outside various government buildings regarding their work conditions and late salaries, and they insist that no one is willing to review their cases.
