Tehran, Iran, Dec. 11 – An earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale jolted parts of Iran’s southern province of Fars early Tuesday.

The quake shook the outskirts of the district of Khesht, close to the city of Kazeroun, at 03:59 hours local time (0029 GMT), the official news agency IRNA reported.

There were no immediate reports of any casualties or damage to property.
