Tehran, Iran, Oct. 09 – Iran's Health Ministry reported the death of a young girl as a result of swine flu, bringing the current death toll from the disease to seven, state television reported on Thursday.
 
"The number of swine flu deaths in Iran has reached seven after the death of an eight-year-old girl", the Health Ministry said on Wednesday.
 
The report added that a total of 476 swine flu, or A/H1N1, cases have been confirmed in Iran.
