AFP: Patience is "running out" over Iran's nuclear programme, the US ambassador said here Friday after the UN atomic watchdog passed a resolution censuring Tehran. "The resolution is not meant to be punitive", the US envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Glyn Davies, added, however.

"I hope it provides further impetus on the diplomatic track," he said.
