Tehran, Dec. 06 – From the Grapevine…

In advance of Students Day (7 December), hundreds of students at Tehran University’s Technical Faculty on Monday gathered and chanted “Death to the dictator” and “Students die, but will not accept humiliation”.

They also blasted the regime’s hard-line paramilitary Bassij force: “Bassiji shame on you, let go of the universities.”

Students at Tehran University have already pledged to hold a major rally on Campus to mark Students Day.
