Beirut – Free Shiite movement leader Sheikh Mohammad Al-Haj Hassan urged the Lebanonization of the decisions of the Iranian and Syrian backed opposition and added:

“We don’t want to sacrifice Lebanon for the sake of the Persian projects and Syrian domination”

Hajj Hassan also urged the opposition to support the Arab initiative and to cooperate on the election of Army chief General Michel Suleiman as the president of Lebanon.

He added ” stop adding fuel to the fire and start extinguishing the fire otherwise Lebanon will burn and disappear ”

Hezbollah-led opposition is being criticized by the ruling parliament majority for fighting Syria and Iran’s proxy wars on Lebanese soil and for trying to overthrow the democratically elected Lebanese government.

In addition the Hezbollah group is being accused of trying to establish an Islamic state within the Lebanese territories based on order by Iran and of trying to block the presidential election based on orders from Syria
