Yemen appeals court convicts two men of terror links to Iran

London, Sep. 08 – A criminal appeals court in Yemen upheld a ruling against two individuals on terrorism charges and working on behalf of the Iranian regime to instigate havoc in the country.

Mohammad Moftah and Yahyah al-Daylami were convicted on Saturday of having “terrorist ties” to Tehran and attempting to create disruption in Yemen.

Yemen’s chief prosecutor had previously convicted the pair of working with Iran to overthrow the country’s government.
