Tehran, Iran, May 15 – Iran’s chief nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani will meet EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana on May 31 to discuss the standoff over Tehran’s controversial nuclear program, the official news agency IRNA reported on Tuesday.

Larijani and Solana held telephone talks Tuesday afternoon, the report added.

The report did not state where the May 31 meeting would take place.
