April 12 (Bloomberg) — Chancellor Angela Merkel said a decision on additional sanctions against Iran because of its disputed nuclear program is approaching “very soon.”
“Time is pressing,” Merkel told reporters today in Berlin before departing for a meeting of world leaders in Washington to discuss the nuclear issue. She said the presence of Russian and Chinese officials at the meeting will be advantageous.
