We are very preoccupied by the nuclear proliferation and were not pleased at all with the way the Iranians are conducting this, Canadian foreign minister Pierre Pittigrew said in Washington on Friday after his first meeting since he took office with US Secretary of State Colin Powell, who noted that Irans nuclear ambitions and behavior will be discussed at a meeting next month of IAEAs board of governors.
