Tehran, Iran, Jun. 24 – Iraqi President Jalal Talabani will make a state visit to Iran on Tuesday, Iranian state media reported.

Talabani will meet Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, the state-run news agency ISNA said. The report said Talabani may also meet Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Talabani will be accompanied by Iraq’s interior and economic ministers.
