Tehran, Iran, Mar. 18 – An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale jolted parts of Semnan Province, north-eastern Iran, Tuesday morning.

The quake occurred at 07:26 am local time (03:56 GMT), the official news agency IRNA reported.

The tremor hit the city of Kalateh, the report said.

There were no immediate reports of any casualties or damage to property.
