Tehran, Iran, Mar. 18 – An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale jolted parts of Ilam Province, western Iran, early on Tuesday.

The quake occurred at 00:19 am local time (20:49 GMT Monday), the official news agency IRNA reported.

The tremor hit the city of Abdanan, the report said.

There were no immediate reports of any casualties or damage to property.
