Iran Focus: Tehran, Iran, Nov. 29 – Hard-line Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Doha on Saturday to take part in a regional development and finance meeting.

Tehran, Iran, Nov. 29 – Hard-line Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Doha on Saturday to take part in a regional development and finance meeting.

The Conference on Financing for Development will be chaired by the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani

State media reported that Ahmadinejad is being accompanied by Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, Communications Minister Mohammad Soleimani, and Economy Minister Shamseddin Hosseini.

Talks are expected to focus on the effects of the global financial crisis on developing countries.
