– An Islamic organisation called on Iranians to hold a nationwide rally on Friday to condemn the tearing up of a picture of late revolution's founder Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
AFTAB-E YAZD
– Former deputy head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation in international affairs, Mohaamd Saeedi, resigned from his post. No reason was given for his resignation.
