Tehran, May 26 – Two earthquakes simultaneously rocked Iran’s northern province of Semnan and the south-eastern province of Kerman on Wednesday.
The first earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale struck the town of Faryab in Kerman Province at 09.42 am local time (05.12 GMT), the seismological network of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University said.
The second earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale struck the town of Damghan in Semnan Province at 09.55 am (05.25 hours GMT).
There were no immediate reports of any casualties or damage to property.
