Iran Focus: Tehran, May 21 – Dozens of workers from Zob Rekord Foundry in Mashad (provincial capital of Iran’s north-eastern province of Khorrasan Razavi) gathered outside the provincial headquarters of the Department of Labour, protesting overdue wages. Iran Focus

Tehran, May 21 – Dozens of workers from Zob Rekord Foundry in Mashad (provincial capital of Iran’s north-eastern province of Khorrasan Razavi) gathered outside the provincial headquarters of the Department of Labour, protesting overdue wages.

The protestors numbering some 75 people complained that authorities had failed to ensure that they receive their salaries.

The workers said that they had not received their salaries for work done over the past three months or their New Years’ bonuses which they were entitled to receive.
