Tehran, Iran, Jun. 27 – Iran’s Majlis (Parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani stated on Sunday in Tehran that Lebanon’s “Islamic resistance” against Israel was a source of pride for the region and a blueprint for all Islamic countries.
Iran’s official news agency IRNA reported that during a meeting with Lebanon’s new Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour, Larijani lauded Lebanon’s strong stance against Israel and “other arrogant powers”.
Larijani called for increased cooperation between the two countries in all political and economic fields.
