Tehran, Iran, Feb. 16 More than 100 hard-liners gathered outside the German embassy in Tehran Thursday morning to protest the publication of insulting cartoons of the Islamic prophet Muhammad in European dailies and the European Unions stance against Tehrans nuclear program.
They held placards reading, False claimants of democracy and freedom of speech: Unites States, Britain, Germany, and France and We condemn technological apartheid.
They accused the EU of being a tool in the hands of the U.S. and Zionists.
One of the banners read Merkel = Hitler, comparing German Chancellor Angela Merkel with former Germany dictator Adolf Hitler.
They vowed that Tehran would never given into threats by the West to abandon its nuclear activities.
