Tehran, Iran, Feb. 01 – Iran vowed on Wednesday to give a “crushing response” to an attack on any of its nuclear facilities.

“Any aggression against Iran’s peaceful nuclear installations will be met with a phenomenally explicit and crushing response from the Armed Forces”, Iranian Defence Minister Brigadier General Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar was quoted as saying, according to a statement issued by the Defence Ministry which was carried by state-run news agencies.

Mohammad-Najjar was speaking at a military site in the southern province of Bushehr.
