ImageSTRASBOURG, France, April 3 (Reuters) – The United States wants to work with Russia, despite their differences, but will not "go back to the old ways of doing business", U.S. President Barack Obama said on Friday.

Obama also said Iran must not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons, telling a news conference in the French city of Strasbourg: "We cannot have a nuclear arms race in the Middle East."
