Iran Focus: Tehran, Iran, Dec. 24 – Iran’s Foreign Minister declared on Friday that the hard-line policies and strategy of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s government had “thwarted” threats by the European Union to haul Tehran’s suspected nuclear file before the United Nations Security Council for possible sanctions.
