Tehran, Jul. 02 – From the Grapevine…

A political graffiti campaign in Tehran is continuing ahead of the 9 July student-led uprising anniversary.

Pro-democracy activists wrote “You despondent Khamenei, 9 July is on the way,” on the walls of the Tehran-no metro station and train, on buses from Rah-e Ahan to Enqelab squares, and on benches around Pak-e Sa’I pool in Tehran. They called on the public to come to the streets to mark the anniversary of 9 July 1999 student uprising.
