Tehran, Iran, May 13 – Iran’s Defence Minister Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar warned the West that the Islamic Republic would give a “destructive response” to any attack on its soil.

“Any country which attacks the Islamic Republic of Iran will face a destructive response”, Brigadier General Mohammad-Najjar told reporters. His remarks were reported by the official news agency IRNA.

“Iran’s response to aggressors will be destructive so that they will regret it forever”, he said.
