Tehran presently has no plans to hold bilateral talks with the U.S., Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini was quoted as saying at his weekly press conference.

Washington must take long strides to build confidence before Tehran would be willing to hold talks with it on Iran-U.S. bilateral relations.
