Oct. 13 (Bloomberg) — Sasol Ltd. is concerned that the U.S. may impose sanctions on the company because of its investments in Iran, Business Day reported.
The Johannesburg-based company said in a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that there are “possible” risks posed by potential U.S. sanctions in connection with Sasol’s activities in Iran’s polymers industry and a feasibility study on an ammonia-urea project at Assaluyeh in Iran, the newspaper said.
