Iran Focus: Tehran, Jul. 19 – Three men were hanged Sunday in a prison in the city of Kerman, south-eastern Iran, according to an announcement on the website of the judiciary in Kerman Province. A fourth man was reportedly hanged in public in Khuzestan Province on Monday.

Tehran, Jul. 19 – Three men were hanged Sunday in a prison in the city of Kerman, south-eastern Iran, according to an announcement on the website of the judiciary in Kerman Province. A fourth man was reportedly hanged in public in Khuzestan Province on Monday.

The three men were identified only as Abbas Y., Ruhollah B., and Mohammad-Na’eem Sh.

They were accused of drug trafficking.

Opposition websites also reported the public hanging of another man, identified only as A. Sh., in the south-western city of Ahwaz on Monday.
