Tehran, Iran, Sep. 15 – An Iranian man was hanged in a prison in the city of Yazd, central Iran, a semi-official daily wrote on Thursday.

Ali Fasahat was accused of murdering a man last year, the hard-line daily Jomhouri Islami wrote.

Fasahat was hanged in front of a crowd inside Yazd Prison at dawn on Wednesday.
