Tehran, Iran, Feb. 05 – Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad met and held talks on Monday with visiting Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, the state-run news agency Fars reported.

Musharraf, who flew into Tehran earlier in the day, is heading a senior Pakistani delegation that will hold a series of talks with Iranian officials.

The report said that Ahmadinejad and Musharraf would discuss “issues of mutual interest”.
