ImageTEHRAN, Iran (AP) — The lawyer of an American journalist detained in Iran a month ago says his client is in good spirits and appears to be healthy.

Abdolsamad Khorramshahi said he met his client, Roxana Saberi, Tuesday for the second time in a week.

Khorramshahi says Saberi has been informed of the chargers against her, but he said he could not comment further until he reads the indictment against her.

Saberi is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Iran who has reported for a number of international news organizations.

Iranian officials have said she was engaged in "illegal" activities because she continued working in Iran after the government revoked her press credentials.
