TEHRAN (Reuters) – OPEC will not change its crude production ceiling and oil prices are not expected to hit $100 a barrel, Iranian Oil Minister Kazem Vaziri-Hamaneh told the students’ news agency ISNA on Friday.
“OPEC’s production ceiling will not change,” the minister said.
“I believe that oil prices will not become three digits in the future,” he said in reference to $100 a barrel. Crude is currently trading at around $70 a barrel.
