Tehran, Iran, Mar. 12 – Iran’s hard-line president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has gone to Dakar to hold talks with Senegalese officials and attend the 11th summit of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference.

Ahmadinejad is being accompanied on the trip by senior advisor Mojtaba Samareh-Hashemi and Iranian Vice-President Esfandyar Rahim-Mashaei.

The two-day OIC summit will commence on Thursday.
