Tehran, Iran, Jan. 01 Russias Foreign Ministry announced in a statement that its embassy in Tehran had once again reiterated its nuclear proposal to Iranian officials.
Russian has proposed that Tehran carry out uranium enrichment on its soil to ease international concerns that the end material would go towards nuclear weapons development.
Senior Iranian officials, however, have insisted that Irans red line during nuclear negotiations is to be able to carry out uranium enrichment within its own borders.
