Tehran, Iran, Feb. 01 Iranian authorities hanged in public an individual accused of being a trouble-maker in the central city of Kerman, the state-run ISNA news agency reported on Wednesday.
The unnamed individual who was hanged in a one of the citys public squares was charged with being involved in armed clashes with the security forces, creating insecurity and trouble, and kidnapping.
