Tehran, Iran, Apr. 11 Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad bluntly declared late on Monday that pressures by the United Nations would have no impact on the Islamic Republics nuclear progress.
International pressure has no impact on progress in the path of the Iranian nation as it carries out its peaceful nuclear activities, Ahmadinejad said at a gathering of clerics in the eastern province of Khorassan Razavi. His remarks were carried by the state-run news agency ISNA on Tuesday.
