Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison has been the stage for another tragedy. A large group of repressive prison guards at Evin Prison raided the Ward 350 of the prison on Sunday. The time almost coincides with the anniversary of last year’s brutal attack during which political prisoners were severely wounded.

However, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Friday, that it is too early to celebrate an agreement on Iran’s nuclear programme, one that has not made sure that Iran would stick to what they promised to do.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the leader of the Iranian Resistance described the nuclear deal framework agreement reached between the 5+1 countries and the Iranian regime as a retreat by the mullahs and ‘a step toward drinking the chalice of nuclear poison’ but warned that ‘a statement of generalities, lacking Khamenei approval, will never block the path to the regime obtaining nuclear weapons.’

The National Council of Resistance has published a detailed report on how the Iranian regime has taken advantage of Yemen’s religious agitation, to form a mercenary group in that country, one is using as a medium for its hostility against Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula.

The United States is coming under mounting pressure to ‘forcefully confront’ Iran over its support for militant groups behind the chaos erupting in Yemen, the Washington Post newspaper has revealed.
