Tehran, Iran, Oct. 04 – Iran’s state propaganda agency announced on Tuesday that a demonstration is to be held on Friday in support of the country’s nuclear program.

The Islamic Propaganda Coordination Council said in a statement that Iranians will attend the demonstration on Friday to condemn international pressure on Iran to stop sensitive nuclear work.

“Arrogant powers and mortal enemies of the Islamic Revolution, led by the aggressive America, have planned an evil conspiracy since the days of the victory of the [1979″> Islamic Revolution and shamelessly meddled in our country’s internal affairs. They have always created disruptions to prevent progress in the Islamic Republic of Iran”, the statement read.

“The false supporters of peace and freedom seek without any logical reason to block our country’s peaceful nuclear program”, it added.

On Monday, Ali Larijani, the secretary general of the Supreme National Security Council, Iran’s top decision-making body on security-related issues, threatened that Iran would use its “full might” to “endanger” U.S. interests if Washington increased pressure on the Islamic Republic over its suspected nuclear weapons program.
