Tehran, Iran, Jun. 13 – Iran’s Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki will travel to Madrid on Wednesday to hold talks with Spanish officials, the official news agency reported on Tuesday.

Mottaki will discuss Tehran-Madrid bilateral relations, international issues, and Iran-European Union relations during the one-day visit, the report said.

It said that he will hold talks focusing on the EU’s latest nuclear package to Iran with his Spanish counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos

Iran’s current ambassador to Spain Morteza Alviri will end his three-year term on June 22. He will be replaced by Seyyed Davoud Salehi.
