People in Yusef-Abad, Navab and Khosh districts in the capital Monday night chanted “Allah-o Akbar” (God is the Greatest) and “Death to Khamenei”, referring to Iran’s Supreme Leader.
Elsewhere in northern Tehran’s district of Zarabkhaneh, north of Bagh-e Mehran, where the Ministry of Intelligence is located, activists distributed leaflets urging residents to take part in anti-government protests from 10-20 June.
They handed out leaflets in Chand Negarestan, Akhavan, Zomorodian, Boustan Dovom, Golzar, Rose, Jafari and Taheri streets.
