Tehran, Iran, Dec. 30 – Iranian authorities have hanged a man near the southern port city of Bandar Abbas, a state-run news agency reported on Saturday.

The man, identified only by his initials H. A., was hanged in a village prison on Thursday, ISNA said.

He was accused of murder.
