Tehran, Iran, Jul. 14 – A man was hanged in a prison in the south-eastern Iranian city of Zahedan, the official news agency IRNA reported on Thursday.

The man, identified as Majid Rigi, was hanged at dawn on Thursday in Zahedan Prison, the report said.

He was accused of being in possession of illegal drugs.
