Germany: Relocation of PMOI Members, Victory for Iranian Resistance

London, 16 Sep – The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) today (September 16) reported that several prominent Germans have issued a joint statement calling the relocation of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI or MEK) members from the dangers they faced at Camp Liberty in Iraq, to safety in Europe, a great achievement for the Iranian resistance. They sent their congratulations to Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, and all the members and supporters of PMOI (MEK).

London, 16 Sep – After 13 years of work to protect the members and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) in Camp Ashraf, and in later Camp Liberty in Iraq, all members and supporters have officially been accepted by the government of Albania and all have been moved to that country.

According to a report on September 15, from the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), The British Parliamentary Committee for Iran Freedom (BPCIF) has expressed “great happiness and joy” for the of Iranian Resistance’s achievement.

London, 15 Sep – Reports have emerged detailing the inhumane conditions that political prisoners are being subjected to in Zahedan Prison in southeastern Iran.

The prison is over-capacity to such an extent that most prisoners are forced to sleep on the floor and political prisoners are kept in the same ward as dangerous criminals.
