London, 29 Nov – The Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) think-tank has urged Donald Trump to focus on the Iranian Regime’s regional destabilisation and terrorism, rather than renegotiating the Iran nuclear deal.

It was argued that with better enforcement of the terms of the deal, it is possible to hold Iran to account as it is.

In a paper for the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) think-tank on Tuesday, Ya’alon wrote: “Reopening the [nuclear] deal is superfluous, mostly because it is possible to exercise pressure on the Iranian regime already today, without reopening the nuclear deal, on the basis of its violations of UN Security Council resolutions regarding arms sales, terror, its ballistic missiles program and human rights violations.”

London, 29 Nov – In his address to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Joint Seminar of the Mediterranean and Middle East Special Group and the Sub-Committee on Transatlantic Defense and Security Cooperation at the Italian Parliament headquarters in Rome on Monday, Mohammed bin Amin Al-Jeffery, deputy chairman of the Shoura Council, said Tehran spends over $30 billion annually in supporting and promoting terrorism through its proxies. Al-Jeffery said Tehran is interfering in the internal matters of Arab countries and has a long history of supporting terrorism and armed groups. He added that Iran is utilizing all its resources to spread chaos in a number of countries in the region.

London, 29 Nov – There have been policy changes occurring in Saudi Arabia. King Salman provides direction and guidance, and his son, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, provides determination. The crown prince has been describes as smart leader, who listens to opinions, but makes his own decisions.

The prince spoke about a number of issues, including the problem of Iran, during his recent interview with American journalist Thomas Friedman in the New York Times. He talked about Iran, saying that the Supreme Leader of Iran is “the new Hitler of the Middle East. We learned from Europe that appeasement doesn’t work. We don’t want the new Hitler in Iran to repeat what happened in Europe in the Middle East.”

London, 28 Nov – Iran is in the midst of a large-scale cyber piracy operation designed to expand its influence across the Middle East- most notably in Lebanon- according to a new report from Western intelligence.

The Iranian hackers- who are most certainly approved by the Regime- recently attacked the offices of Lebanese president Michel Aoun and Prime Minister Saad Hariri and gained access to their email accounts, following Hariri’s resignation, according to Le Figaro, a French newspaper.

London, 28 Nov – As ISIS continues to lose territory in the Middle East, the Iranian Regime is gearing up to pose a much bigger danger to the region and the world as a whole.

While the Regime has been a danger since its inception in 1979, many people are only waking up to it now as its role in various regional conflicts across the Middle East (including Syria and Yemen).

In Syria, Iran and its terrorist proxy militia Hezbollah have sent fighters (including refugee children) to fight on behalf of the Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad and to suppress the Syrian people’s legitimate cry for freedom.

London, 27 Nov – Lebanon’s Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri said that he would not accept the dangerous positions of Hezbollah (a terrorist group backed by the Iranian Regime) that are designed to destabilise the Middle East, according to a statement from his press office on Saturday.

In the statement, he said that on certain issues Iran-backed Hezbollah’s positions negatively affected “our Arab brothers or target the security and stability of their countries”.

Although the statement did not specify which Middle Eastern countries he meant, one can deduce that Israel and Saudi Arabia were among them given the Iranian Regime’s consistent targeting of the two countries through proxy groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis.
