Iran: 79% of People Deprived of Drinking Water in Southeastern City

London, 9 Jun – The Governor of Chabahar in Southeastern province of Sistan & Baluchestan, confessed that 79% of the 283 thousands of inhabitants are deprived of water supply network.

The appointed governor of Chabahar on Tuesday, June 6 admitted to the deteriorating situation of people in this area while stating, “400 villages of this city lack water network system and the drinking water of the residents is maintained with tankers.

Iranian Regime Fights US for Control of ISIS Strongholds in Syria

The cyber-attack took place in the days before the nuclear deal was passed through Congress, while the negotiators from Iran, the UK, France, Germany, China and Russia met in the US to hash out agreements or “side deals” but has not been revealed to the public until now.

Iran: ISIS Attacks in Tehran

London, 8 Jun – Suicide bombers and gunmen attacked the Iranian parliament and the tomb of Khomeini in Tehran on Wednesday morning, killing at least 12 people in a twin assault in Tehran, state media and news agencies reported.

“Islamic State claimed responsibility and released a video claiming to show gunmen inside the parliament building and one body, apparently dead, on the floor.” said Reuters in a report from inside Iran.

London, 7 Jun – Paul McLeary wrote a report for Foreign Policy on the conflict between Iran and the US in Syria over a tiny tract of land on the Iraq-Syria border, which has already resulted in military action, according to US officials.

McLeary wrote: “American warplanes bombed an Iranian-backed militia that entered a supposed no-go zone near a US garrison in southern Syria on Tuesday…The strike marked the second by a U.S. aircraft in less than a month and signals a growing risk of direct conflict between American and Iranian forces and their partners in Syria. The air raid came after the militia aligned with the Syrian regime and Iran failed to heed a warning to leave the area.”
